MW2 (my opinion has changed)

Ive whored this game for 3 days and at first i liked it a lot (probably because it was new) but now its just a pile of SHITE!!!
You can play this game 1 way and 1 way only.... CAMP!
I cant camp, it bores the shit out of me! I run then die, run then die, over and over again!
The reason behind the camping is simply 3 things.....
1. Most maps have too many high spots where people sit and camp..
2. Everyone camps for kill streaks...
3. Most people (not all) are stat whores.. (mostly kids)...
People spawn behind me? i spawn behind them? why? its bollox!

Most games (TD excluded) the losing team of stat hungry pricks have 2 harriers, 2 pavelows and a chopper gunner but still lose and dont give a fiddlers fuck!

Infinity ward made the best multiplayer game ever in cod4, it only needed tweaked to make an exceptional 2nd offering..
Take away juggernaut, martynoob etc which they did..... but they replaced it with BLING now its a noobtube session! most prefered a red dot or a silencer but now they have both so NOOBTUBES are rife!

The game is all about getting chopper gunner or nuke now and its taking the FUN out of gaming, its encouraging camping and im sick of being the dead prick lying beside the bomb while the other 5 players in my team are shouting ' 1 more kill for a chopper gunner' ....

Snd was the best mode on cod4 but youre right, it is just stupid now with kill streaks carrying through to the next round the the pavelow rapes everyone.
Another bad thing is the invite system and people being able to join your games (even if they're private). Also when you get a party of 6 people and search for a game it often splits you up and you end up in different games?
The invite system was ok as it was so why change it?
I wonder how many Clan Battles have been ruined by randoms joining?

Agree with some of it, I hate it how people camp in games with an objective i aim for a high W/L ratio and its hard to get when priks sit back dont plant the bomb or dont capture the flag, I played a HQ the other day i finished like 5000 points above my team bcoz i was the only one getting the HQ, They all ended up on 30-2 and so on i was like 20-19 ,

Also dont moan about pavelows chopper gunners so on it is VERY* is to shoot them down , And as the game goes on people will get wise to this ,

I also hate it how it takes 10-20 Mins for me and freinds to connect to the same game without the stupid game splitting the party which is rubbish when i only really enjoy Cod with freinds,

Also try some Clan battles like i said BLUE they are great on this game tbh,

Please give the game a while everygame is messed up with scrubs and Bugs so on , It will improve :thumbup:

Shared the same views to you guys until yesterday. The first week it really annoyed me how different it was to CoD4. Taking juggernaught out the game of CoD4 would have been good, since the health was ridiculous with it on, although since playing MW2 normal is like CoD4 hardcore, I kinda miss jug. They replaced it with painkiller with imo, fails. Like me and 90% of the game, first week I was Famas-ing and M16 and generally getting frustrated over every death. If you find a gun you enjoy using, then MW2 becomes better. For me it was the Tar-Red dot sight, using it boosted my K/D by like .3 I'm actually enjoying playing now, the way the game was meant to be played. Decerto is pretty fun,. The whole noob-tube thing does my head in though.

Scott i havnt played any clan wars yet but the feedback im getting from the 101s who have is all shit! first match we were cheated on (long story)... last match crando didnt notice that the rules were for RADAR ALWAYS ON. what sort of a clan wants to play with radar on??? every match has been a camping session!

what you have to remember is it may be called Modern Warfare but its a totally different game and if you get hung up on it being to different to COD4 it will annoy you alot.

Which is what the majority of what this site want right? A superior gaming system. For entertainment purposes yeah, the PS3 is better. But it will never touch the xbox in terms of online gaming quality. Even though they try (and fail) to copy every unique aspect the xbox has, i.e party chats and bein able to join session.

XBL is what you want from the console, being an online player. Which is what everyone on the site prefers.

i know i will get killed for saying this but ps3 HAS better game selection. halo and gears of war- big woop for xbox. ps3's got resistance, killzone, soon to have MAG, little big planet, mlb the show series.

- FREE online service, WIFI comes with the system so u got wireless right off the start without having to buy an adapter for 100 ( like with the xbox)

no blue ray for xbox. should i go on?

I have played alot of XBL as most of my freinds have an Xbox , XBL is probly worth it , Still im happy playing on my PS3 im not that into gaming that i want to buy another console which does the same thing which is play the discs :laugh:

Ive had the shittest month ever LOL couple weeks before MW2 is released laptop broke 4 days after MW2 is released my PS3 breaks haha, so ive not really got into it yet, new PS3 is arriving monday so from what ive played so far I really like it and never really been on the recieving end of camping cause the maps I play like skidrow dont allow that tbh, so i'll be back monday and lets bee honest ya miss me haha

XBL is not all that! its not anything its exactly the same as PS3 servers only reason people moan about ps3 server connection is because there to stupid to set up there own internet properly. like me :)

i dont even have 1mb broadband but im not retarded and set my internet up PROPERLY and can run groundwar with all players on green connection unless there in america, which i dont care about tbh becuase i dont much care for playing with them so they can lag for all i care.

nobody has any problem connecting to me and vice versa.

as for headsets thats becuase people buy cheap shit and turn the volume up full blast on the device and the ps3 then have there tv up load as well. also retarded children that should be euthanised.

Ive whored this game for 3 days and at first i liked it a lot (probably because it was new) but now its just a pile of SHITE!!!
You can play this game 1 way and 1 way only.... CAMP!
I cant camp, it bores the shit out of me! I run then die, run then die, over and over again!
The reason behind the camping is simply 3 things.....
1. Most maps have too many high spots where people sit and camp..
2. Everyone camps for kill streaks...
3. Most people (not all) are stat whores.. (mostly kids)...
People spawn behind me? i spawn behind them? why? its bollox!

Most games (TD excluded) the losing team of stat hungry pricks have 2 harriers, 2 pavelows and a chopper gunner but still lose and dont give a fiddlers fuck!

Infinity ward made the best multiplayer game ever in cod4, it only needed tweaked to make an exceptional 2nd offering..
Take away juggernaut, martynoob etc which they did..... but they replaced it with BLING now its a noobtube session! most prefered a red dot or a silencer but now they have both so NOOBTUBES are rife!

The game is all about getting chopper gunner or nuke now and its taking the FUN out of gaming, its encouraging camping and im sick of being the dead prick lying beside the bomb while the other 5 players in my team are shouting ' 1 more kill for a chopper gunner' ....
